I partnered with this group of really smart, really fun marketing insights professionals, to develop a narrative and a website that made sense to clients and prospects — not just researchers.

360 Sheds & Metal Buildings’ existing website wasn’t accurately telling its story or speaking to the correct audience. They enlisted my team and me to rebuild it. We interviewed customers and employees and built their narrative around how customers could use their sheds and metal buildings. Conversions increased by 30%.

CFA Institute cares about its employees and encourages company leaders to engage in informal coffee chats. It’s a chance for employees to be heard, and leaders to get honest insight into their teams and to acknowledge achievements. I along with my copywriter, developed a website for Powhatan Real Estate Settlements that really painted a picture of the small town company they are. The copy/headlines on each page had two parallel messages “Make it your home” and do it “easier, friendlier and smoother” with beautiful imagery to tell the story visually.
